loss and change are universal and humans are communal beings. we evolved in tight-knit communities and we are still wired to expect that we will be in close connection with many different people every day.

we come into the world still needing to be mirrored from all different angles by those around us so we can truly know ourselves, and modern life isn’t really like that.

even if (or especially if) we feel scared of participating in groups like this, the majority of us are yearning for it.

it’s a recipe for getting to know ourselves deeply, in reflection.

the steps

💚 to join us, click the link below to fill out a questionnaire. it will take about 5-10 minutes but is really important so that we can ensure the best experience for you all. there is no pass or fail here, just getting to know you.

💚 we will schedule short, individual chats with all of you - this is not a test! we just want to connect and make sure this group is for you.. if it’s not, we can recommend one that will be. that’s the meaning of #bespoke!

💚 we will speak to all potential group members before we allocate you to your group.

💚 the last stage: yay you’re in!

💚 all of your questions are welcome. bring them all. we are here to answer them and to create the ultimate safe container.

the logistics

💚 dates: you can choose from dates in october and november by clicking here.

if you cannot make these dates but still want to join us, please fill out an application and we will send other dates and times for you.

💚 times: sessions are 90 minutes. there will be a space to enter your time and date preferences in the application form. sessions will run 4 times a month with a break when there are 5 tuesdays / thursdays / or fridays in that calendar month. 

💚 cost: $480 every 4 weeks for a minimum of 12 weeks (3 months). this works out at $120 per session. contact us if this is an issue for you and we can work out a discount.

💚 why 12 weeks? as we said above, it’s reassuring and safe for all group members to come with this intention, knowing members aren’t going to just drop in and out. it’s how we are able to build trust and connection.
