emergence…
if you're stepping into a new chapter after surviving a toxic relationship.
moving on isn’t simple but it is an opportunity - it’s an unraveling of illusions, a reclaiming of yourself, and a journey back to your own power.
maybe you’re navigating:
divorce or breakup with a narcissistic partner
betrayal, gaslighting, and self-doubt
rebuilding your identity after years of emotional manipulation
grieving the relationship you thought you had
learning to trust yourself—and others—again
this is for the in-between spaces. the moments when you wonder, who am I now? the quiet grief. the rage. the tentative hope.
we do it in connection.
with love, nikolas and lisa

“Our meet was amazing, I had the best time. I love our calls too and get so much from them. They help me to grow and change and also to be more me all at the same time.
It's the friendship I always wanted but never knew I needed!
I think of you often with a heart full of gratitude Lisa. Thank you for you connecting us.”
